We are OPEN at our new home in Springfield. 1301 E Sunshine, across from Mercy Hospital, is alive and well. We opened May 1 with a soft-opening and have been growing everyday since. We’re still trying to spread the word that we’re open, so please share this locations’ opening with your friends and family.

We have an amazing staff over here; you’ll probably recognize some faces from our Independence location and have the chance to meet some new ones. They are eager to meet you and serve you.

We have the same menu and same hours as our location on Independence street. This location is a little smaller, but it boasts tons of big windows with natural light streaming in on all sides. We also have a lovely covered patio that’s perfect for the breezy summer evenings we have coming our way. You can also bring your doggies!

Another new feature is our “grab & go” cooler that sits right below our bakery counter when you walk in. We recognize that some of you just want to get in and get out quickly and these options should allow you to do that. Every morning we’re making a few of our most popular salads ahead of time - they’ll be in the cooler for you to pick up and you won’t have to stand in the lunch line to do so. We also have pints of our chicken salad, fruit and yogurt parfaits and a large bottled drink selection. Our hope is that this feature grows and , as it does, we’ll add more of a variety of our salads and cold sandwiches to the mix.
