Woodstock(our finest 9-Grain Bread)
This may be our healthiest bread of all. Whole wheat, with a spike of honey, and a squirrel’s cache of seeds and nuts. Reminiscent of a peanut butter sandwich but not as messy!
Ingredients-Stone Ground Chemical Free Whole Wheat Flour, Water, Millet, Honey, Pumpkin Seed, Flax Seed, Sunflower Seed, Sesame Seed, Poppy Seed, Yeast (unbleached, unbromated white flour added for leavening), Salt, (Egg Whites brushed on top for browning).
