An ancient European grain. Nutritious with buttery, nutty taste. Many people who are intolerant to wheat can spelt. You may want to check with your physician or health adviser.

Ingredients-Freshly Milled Organic Spelt Flour, Water, Honey, Yeast(unbleached, unbromated white flour added for leavening), Salt (Egg Whites brushed on top for browning).
