Ingredients-Stone Ground Chemical Free Whole Wheat Flour, 7-Grain Mix(Spring Wheat, Oats, Rye, Barley, Triticale, Soft White Wheat, Millet), Honey, Yeast (unbleached, unbromated white flour added for leavening), Salt, (Egg Whites brushed on top for browning).
