Dark Pumpernickel Rye
Hearty dark rye with caraway and carob. Great with pastrami or corned beef.
Ingredients-Rye Flour, Freshly Milled Whole Wheat Flour, Unbleached White Flour (for leavening), Caraway, Carob Powder, Molasses, Salt, Water, Yeast, (Egg Whites brushed on top for browning).
