FAQ

We ship our delicious handcrafted breads via FedEx Ground. If you want your bread sooner, we can overnight it to you. Our shipping schedule is as follows:

  • We ship to Arkansas (plus Memphis and Springfield MO) Monday through Friday.
  • We ship to states adjoining Arkansas Monday through Thursday.
  • We ship to all other states on Mondays.

To get the most out of the Shipping fees and insure your bread is in good shape when you receive it, we use boxes that accommodate the following number of loaves: 1, 2, 4, 6, 8.

If you order larger amounts we will divide your order into two or more boxes.

You may order on-line or call us at 870-741-6455.

The shipping charge includes the exact amount of the FedEx charge plus $2 for the box, shipping materials and transportation to the FedEx warehouse.

We guarantee our bread will arrive in good condition if FedEx delivers on the date promised. If your bread is damaged in transit (this has only happened twice in 10 years) we will work with you and FedEx to replace it.

Your bread should be fresh at room temperature for up to a week after it is baked. While we don’t recommend refrigerating the bread, it freezes very well. If you freeze it be sure to use a quality freezer bag. The bag we ship in is not appropriate for freezing.

We don’t ship French loaves out of state as they have only about a 48 hour shelf life.

If you have any other questions about our breads, feel free to call us.
